Do my clients need a new app?
No. Clients message your business on WhatsApp. They choose a time, receive a deposit payment link and get their booking confirmation in the same conversation.
Who is Chatchi for?
Independent hair salons, nail studios, barbershops, spas and massage studios, especially teams of 2–15 practitioners. We’re starting with a pilot in Bali.
How do deposits work?
The client receives a payment link during the booking conversation. Supported methods include QRIS and cards through Xendit. The booking is confirmed after payment. Deposit amounts and cancellation rules depend on the salon.
Can my team keep using their calendars?
Yes. Chatchi uses Google Calendar for your team’s schedule. Appointments and blocked time sync with it. Apple Calendar can display the schedule through a connected Google account or a calendar subscription; native two-way Apple sync is not promised.
Does it speak Bahasa Indonesia and English?
That’s the plan for the booking assistant: natural conversations in Bahasa Indonesia and English, for local clients and visiting guests alike. We’ll walk you through the pilot experience in your demo.
When can I start, and what does it cost?
We’re preparing the Bali pilot. Small team is Rp399,000 per month per location for up to 5 practitioners; Busy studio is Rp699,000 for up to 15. These are final subscription prices, including taxes.
