The service and its operator
Chatchi, operated by PFLB, Inc., helps salons manage conversations, appointments, deposits and calendars through WhatsApp and connected services.
These terms apply to your use of Chatchi. Feature availability depends on the enabled service and the salon’s setup.
Salon and user responsibilities
Salon owners and staff should provide accurate service, pricing, availability and contact information, and have permission to manage the salon and the information they submit.
The salon provides the booked service and communicates its appointment, cancellation, rescheduling and deposit conditions. Chatchi is not the provider of the haircut, treatment or other salon service.
Keep access to your WhatsApp account, calendars and workspace secure. Do not use Chatchi to impersonate others, send spam, upload unlawful material or interfere with another person’s bookings.
Bookings, deposits and confirmations
A suggested slot, website example, WhatsApp-link click or unconfirmed request is not a confirmed appointment. Follow the booking confirmation and any deposit requirements shown in the conversation.
Where real payments are enabled, a payment provider processes the transaction. Appointment deposits are separate from the salon’s Chatchi subscription. Check the amount, recipient and salon’s cancellation conditions before paying.

Trials, accounts and activation
A demo salon and simulated deposit are for exploring the product. They do not provide a real appointment or move money. Do not use an internal trial to process real customer information.
Saving a salon setup or selecting a plan does not by itself charge you, activate a subscription or turn on live customer bookings. Any payment and live activation require their own confirmed steps.
Plans, renewal and cancellation
Small team costs Rp399,000 per location per month for up to 5 practitioners, and Busy studio costs Rp699,000 for up to 15. These are final subscription prices and include taxes. Payment-provider fees on salon customers’ deposits are not included in the subscription: the provider deducts them from those deposits according to its rates. A demo request or selection of a plan does not authorize a charge.
Once a paid subscription is activated, it renews automatically each month. Chatchi sends a WhatsApp reminder 3 days before renewal. You can cancel at any time by telling the assistant; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period.
The paid month is not refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund. Cancellation does not itself refund an already paid period. These subscription rules are separate from a salon customer’s appointment deposit.
Connected services and the assistant
WhatsApp, Google Calendar, payment services and other integrations have their own availability and terms. Optional Google account access must be authorized separately; it is not currently offered publicly.
The assistant can misunderstand a request. Check appointment, payment and calendar confirmations, and contact your salon or our team if something looks wrong. A team-demo request is confirmed only when the separate booking process confirms the meeting.
Your information
The privacy policy explains the information used for conversations, calendars, bookings, support and optional demo forms. Only provide information you are permitted to share.

Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability limit for PFLB, Inc. under these terms is the subscription fees paid for the preceding 12 months. This does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
PFLB, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, United States. These terms are governed by Delaware law, and disputes are to be brought before the courts in Delaware, subject to any rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
